Construction Management Services RFQ

The City of Coalinga is soliciting firms and/or individuals who have established knowledge, qualifications, expertise and experience providing professional Construction Management Services (CMS) in a public sector (municipal) environment.  It is the City’s desire to qualify up to three (3) firms for the purposes of providing CMS in support of a Project Engineer and City Staff during construction of capital improvement projects.  The CMS consultant will work closely with the City Manager, Project Engineer and City Staff and report directly to City Manager. Hard copies will be available at City Hall for pick-up at 155 W. Durian, Coalinga, CA 93210. Statements of Qualifications will be due no later that 4:00PM on January 18, 2013.
