Claremont Custody Center Hiring Freeze

The City of Coalinga received notice from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) stating that negotiations regarding a contract for the use of Claremont Custody Center would be placed on hold through the end of fiscal year 2013-14 and would resume sometime after July 1, 2014. Therefore, the recruitment and selection process for Claremont Custody Center has been placed on hold.

To date, the City has not yet received notification from CDCR to continue negotiations for the use of Claremont Custody Center. However, all applications will be kept on file and applicants will be contacted by the Human Resources department once the process resumes.
