The Human Resources Department is responsible for the City's recruitment
and selection process, employee relations, labor negotiations,
compensation, health plan administration, maintenance of employee
data, files and records, workers’ compensation and personnel administration.
The City of Coalinga recruits, employs, trains, compensates, and
