The City of Coalinga, Public Works Department (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide appraisal, negotiation, and acquisition services for eight (8) temporary construction easements, eight (8) permanent public pedestrian access easements and eight (8) permission to enter and construct agreements. All of the proposed properties are located in various locations in the City of Coalinga. Easements will be acquired by the City of Coalinga to facilitate the construction of the Multi-Use Trail Pedestrian Improvement Project.
