[ARCHIVED] City Hall Will be Closed to Public

cityhall

During this time of a State Stay at Home Order, the City of Coalinga will continue providing all essential services.

City Hall will be closed to the public beginning Monday, March 23, 2020, and we hope to be able to reopen City Hall to the public on Monday, April 6, 2020. We will be sure to keep you informed on a reopening date as soon as things progress.

City staff will continue working and will be available to assist you via telephone at (559) 935-1533 during regular business hours.

We will also still be able to provide City utility connections, requested disconnections, building permits and building inspection services.

We have placed yellow folder next to the payment drop box on the outside of the City Hall building. In that folder, you will find utility connection and disconnection forms as well as building permit applications. These forms are also available online on the City’s website.

Forms:

Utility Connection/Disconnection

Building Permits

On the window next to the payment drop box, you will find instructions for the forms and examples for how to complete the utility requests.

Once you have completed these forms, you will place them in the payment drop box. Make sure to provide an accurate telephone number.

We will be checking the drop box regularly during regular business hours and we will make contact with you via the telephone number you provide in order to provide you with the requested service.
